Why we're testing only
Independent mold inspection is a decision, not a slogan
Mold testing is not about selling a service. It is about providing clear, defensible information so property owners can make informed decisions. That only works if the person collecting the samples has no stake in what the lab finds.
So we made a simple rule: Las Vegas Mold Testing specializes exclusively in inspection and testing. We do not perform mold remediation, we do not do repairs, and we do not take referral fees from the companies that do. If your report shows a problem, you get the facts and you choose who fixes it. If your report shows nothing, we say so, and that is a perfectly good outcome for us.
It also makes us a natural second opinion. If you already have a removal quote from a company that inspected its own job, an independent test tells you whether the scope matches what is actually in your air.

Our inspectors are certified through InterNACHI as Certified Mold Inspectors and Indoor Air Quality Inspectors, through IAC2 for mold, and through the National Association of Mold Professionals. These organizations set strict requirements for inspection procedures, sample collection, reporting standards, and ongoing education. It's why our reports are used for real estate transactions, property management decisions, insurance documentation, and post-water-damage evaluations.
